I recently graduated with the MA in Creative Writing (Fiction) from Antioch University Midwest. I finished writing a novel, for which I’m planning another round of revisions before querying agents. I’m learning the ups and downs of the submissions process as I send my short stories out into the world.
I live in southeast Florida with my husband and two children, and I teach and tutor reading and writing for elementary and middle school students. I also volunteer at my kids’ activities (I’ve been everything from Girl Scout leader to tennis coach), and on the weekends, you’ll usually find us opening a bottle of wine and enjoying a few quiet moments with family and good friends.
